Service: We provide service to your existing systems and replacement components if necessary. Many times all that is needed is a cable or a connection re-terminated. A service call is sometimes required to diagnose an existing problem before a "fix" can be determined.

Training: Some service calls are "procedural" related. This means that the way in which the system is being used was not the manner in which it was designed. this can cause ongoing problems for your facility to circumvent this we offer training on your existing systems. This can be done in many ways from online meetings to transfer of documents in a "Powerpoint" file. We can create an onsite training session for you and your end users with a follow up simplified manual relative to the training session.
